Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, comedian and actor Damien Lemon is best known for his hilarious performances in Comedy Knockout, Guy Code and The Jim Gaffigan Show.
A class clown throughout high school and college, Lemon received his alma mater at Clark Atlanta University and has been involved in the US stand-up scene ever since. He made his on-screen debut playing the cab driver in Marvel Comics 2012 blockbuster The Amazing Spiderman, starring Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Lemon subsequently received praise for his appearances on VH1 talk show series Big Morning Buzz Live, and the MTV2 comedy TV series Not Exactly News. Lemon has also appeared in Just for Laughs, and hosted the 2016 game show Comedy Knockout, in which comics are pitted against each other in a high-stakes comedy showdown.
Lemon has made guest appearances in Charlamagne Tha God’s talk show Uncommon Sense, comedy series Night Train, and HBO crime drama The Night Of. Most recently, he can be seen making guest appearances in renowned New York-based comedy series Broad City and HBO’s stand-up inspired comedy series Crashing, alongside actor and creator Pete Holmes. Lemon continues to write and perform his own stand-up material, touring successfully across the US and worldwide.
