Anthony Anderson is a long-established actor, comic and writer who brings his louder-than-life personality to TV screens across America. The Los Angeles native most notably starred in his own sitcom All About the Andersons, as well as the hit ABC sitcom Black-ish (for which he acted as executive producer) and the cult Fox sitcom The Bernie Mac Show. Next to these high-profile parts, Anderson has a long list of noteworthy film credits with big roles in hit movies like Scream 4, Me, Myself & Irene, The Departed, and the Transformers series.
Equally at home on the big and small screens, Anderson is a TV regular with leading dramatic roles in crime dramas The Shield and Law & Order. A passionate foodie, Anderson also serves as a judge on Food Network’s Iron Chef America and is an executive producer. A regular guest panellist for various game shows and a go-to host for shows such as To Tell The Truth, Anderson was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his part in Black-ish. With a career spanning over 20 years and plenty of successful Hollywood productions and hit US TV shows under his belt, Anthony Anderson remains one of the finest comic actors in America.
