Biography

Betsy Brandt is a versatile actress best known for portraying Marie Schrader, Walter White’s sister-in-law, in the Emmy, SAG and Golden Globe award-winning drama Breaking Bad. A central character in CBS sitcom Life in Pieces, Brandt has had success on both stage and screen, appearing in critically acclaimed films such as Parenthood and Magic Mike while taking on parts such as the hard-yet-loyal Annie Henry on The Michael J. Fox Show. Brandt was born in Michigan and is classically trained, having studied at both Harvard and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow.
