Four-time Teen Choice Award winner Chace Crawford is best known for his portrayal of handsome heart-throb Nate Archibald in the CW network’s 2007 hit series Gossip Girl. A diverse actor with versatility and range, he’s also starred in a range of box-office successes, including The Covenant, The Haunting of Molly Hartley and the 2012 romantic comedy What to Expect When You’re Expecting alongside Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz and Elizabeth Banks.
The Texas-born actor comes from a glamorous background, being the brother of 2008 Miss Missouri Candace Crawford. After modelling for Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister in his high school years, Crawford shortly attended Pepperdine University, studying Broadcast Journalism, before dropping out to pursue a career in acting. Crawford made his debut in the 2006 television movie Long Lost Son, playing the kidnapped son of lead star Gabrielle Anwar, before landing the lead role in teen drama Gossip Girl, starring alongside Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick. During his time as part of the Gossip Girl cast, Crawford appeared in the 2008 crime drama Loaded.
Crawford has also made a notable appearance in the famous animated series Family Guy, winning the Choice TV Breakout Male Star that very same year at the Teen Choice Awards.
