Kevin Pollak

Biography

Known for appearing in productions across both film and TV, Kevin Pollak is a talented actor who has acted alongside some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, appearing in titles such as Ricochet, A Few Good Men, End of Days and Wedding Planners.

A professional comedian by the age 20, Kevin Pollak moved towards more varied roles in the industry throughout his 20s. Concentrating on receiving more acting work in the late 80s, Pollak made his film debut in George Lucas’ 1988 action adventure drama Willow. He received critical acclaim for his performance in 1990 drama Avalon and was subsequently cast in Rob Reiner’s A Few Good Men, appearing opposite stars Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, and Demi Moore. A skilled performer with a particular talent for depicting smug and sinister characters, Pollak starred in the double Oscar-winning 1995 crime thriller The Usual Suspects as well as the Oscar nominated crime drama Casino the same year.

Aside from his on-screen success, Kevin Pollak is a formidable director and producer known for directing movies such as comedy The Late Bloomer in 2016, and co-producing 1997 crime movie The Underworld. More recently, Pollak has made guest appearances in the 2016 drama series Billions, starring Toby Moore and Paul Giamatti, before acting in the critically acclaimed 2018 series The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel.
