Tessa Kelly is better known as the London Paleo Girl. The Paleo Lifestyle is all about being fit, strong and healthy inside and out, and has been Tessa’s passion for as long as she can remember. A lover of fine cuisine, she turned her passion into a career at a young age, representing her school at national cookery competitions and then moving in to hospitality before going on to work alongside high-profile celebrity chefs.
After a diagnosis of ME, Kelly began to examine her lifestyle and diet, discovering that low fat and high sugar, excessive exercise, insufficient sleep and gluten intolerance had contributed to her distressed immune system and low energy reserves. Since then she has worked tirelessly to raise awareness on these issues, co-founding Two Influence— London’s first brand influence agency—as well as 360* management, which brings brands together to develop, engage and influence. She works on everything from product and brand development to strategic social media consultancy, via event management to PR strategy. Despite her busy workload, Tessa also found time to launch Co Fro – the UK’s first soft serve coconut frozen yogurt which is free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar.
