Rowan Cheshire

Biography

Rowan Cheshire is a Double Olympic Freestyle Skier and Fitness Trainer, determined to motivate and inspire men and women to become a stronger, better version of themselves through a love of fitness. In January 2014 she became the first British female skier to win a halfpipe competition at the FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup in Calgary.

Having competed at the highest level in her sport, Rowan has battled through adversity after suffering serious injuries in 2014. Through strength training, she has built herself back up mentally and physically to overcome her anxieties and compete as a skier once more, most recently finishing 7th at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.

Rowan is passionate about the strength and power of exercise to combat mental health issues. Rowan has used her training expertise to design three fitness plans, inspiring people to train like an athlete and realise the benefits of an active lifestyle.
