Professional wrestler Nick Aldis has entertained millions of fans worldwide throughout his career. The reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion under the National Wrestling Alliance is perhaps best-known for his vicious persona Magnus, which he portrayed for eight years as a key member of the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling roster. The wrestling star began bodybuilding at the age of 16 and made his professional debut only three years later. Before joining TNA, he competed under Joint Promotions, All-Star Wrestling, World Association of Wrestling, and took on WAW British Heavyweight Champion Brett Meadows. Aldis has taken a significant interest in diet and exercise as tools for self-improvement and turned his knowledge into an instructional, motivational book titled ‘The Superstar Body,’ that can be used by beginners, experienced athletes, and everyone in between. In 2008, Aldis took on the persona of Oblivion in SKY 1 TV’s Gladiators, and in 2012 started a co-hosting stint on ‘UK’s Strongest Man.’
