Healthy Chef Steph is a food and fitness expert passionate about sharing her knowledge while having fun. Her @HealthyChefSteph profile is hugely popular on Instagram, and the My Protein UK ambassador has amassed over 200,000 followers who all hang on her every tip, insight and recommendation. Steph also has a popular YouTube channel with tens of thousands of subscribers and a dynamic stream of content, covering topics as diverse as eating disorders, hair and make-up, and even dance routines.

Steph Elswood has a refreshing approach to healthy eating and has been featured in plenty of health and fitness magazines, including Women’s Fitness, Hello! Magazine and Grazia as well as Women’s Health. She originally graduated from The Urdang Academy in summer 2015 and has gone on to form her own Stay Sassy Dance and Body Confidence Workshop aimed at promoting female empowerment and body positivity. Profits from the workshop were donated to Saint Christopher’s Hospice, and Steph has gone on to develop the brand to develop a successful merchandise range with Stay Sassy. Her high-energy fitness videos and eating tips have taken the health world by storm and have led her to become a European Ambassador for Nike Women and JD Women.
