Easy-Web-Page is a pioneering digital company addressing the need to make the Internet accessible to people with learning difficulties, particularly those who cannot read and write. Easy-Web-Page offers the unique combination of experience of working with people with learning difficulties and knowledge of web design. Our primary role is in working with organizations and their service users to create websites that meet the highest accessibility standards, as well as going a step further to be inclusive of those people with low levels of literacy. However we have also consulted on large development projects for organizations such as the BBC and North West Disability Arts Forum, as well as producing easy-read documentation for the Department of Health. We work closely with people with disabilities and learning difficulties so our clients can be assured that everything we produce has been tried and tested. We are constantly researching and developing new ways to create accessible information, to ensure that we remain on the cutting-edge of accessible design.
